Keep a habit. Raise a creature.
Every habit you track lays an egg. Check in once a day: when you've kept your promise, your creature eats its fish and grows — the first time, the egg hatches. It grows from baby to child, teen, adult and, at last, its prime.
It mopes. After two bad days it packs its bag, and after three in a row it leaves in the night and leaves you a note. It never dies: three good days in a row bring it home, stronger than it left.
Yes. An honest slip costs less than silence: it mopes for a while, then carries on.
The day after. Each page is about a day that's over, so a creature that hatched today writes its first page tomorrow. On an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, the words come from Apple's on-device model; on other iPhones, from the app's own words.
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit ▸ Add Widget, and choose Discipline Trainer, small or medium. To pick which creature it shows, touch and hold the widget and tap Edit Widget.
In the app: Settings ▸ Reminders. If they're on but nothing arrives, check iOS Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Discipline Trainer.
The free version keeps one habit. The full version — one purchase, no subscription — keeps as many as you like, each with its own creature.
On any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account: Settings ▸ Full Version ▸ Restore Purchase.
Your habits and creatures live only on your iPhone — there's no account or server. They move to a new iPhone with everything else when you restore it from an iCloud or computer backup, or use Quick Start. Deleting the app deletes them.
In the app: Settings ▸ Your Data ▸ Delete All Data. Deleting the app does the same.
